- [Yoga](https://commongroundskp.com/yoga/) - Yoga on Koh Phangan is a Yogini’s dream spot. There are many Sala’s that offer yoga and World Class Yoga Centers Galore. Because of the many Yoga styles and places offering Yoga training, there are equal amounts of Smoothie shops, Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants and an overall Spiritual and Wellness feel to Koh Phangan and in particular, the Sri Thanu area. Many of the Yoga Centers offer Yoga Teacher Training with worldwide recognition. Many of the Yoga Centers have really good restaurants attached to them, usually serving some variation of Vegan, Vegetarian or Indian food and drink. The many Sala’s on the island have gorgeous views of either the jungle or the sea and bring an added sense of tranquility and peace to your practice. There are various spiritual modalities and disciplines taught and introduced on island with teachers and guru’s visiting from around to the world to teach their way to all who are interested. In any given week, one can find classes ranging from Thai cooking to Ecstatic Dance, to concerts to crystal bowl and chakra clearing. Koh Phangan Conscious Community is a great FB resource to find out what is going on during any given week and there is lots going on, all the time.
